Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive to join our team at CPM International. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and contributing to our company's growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities in Slovakia, Spain, and the UK.
- Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies.
- Prepare and deliver compelling pitches to prospective clients.
- Manage client relationships from initial contact to contract closure.
- Negotiate contracts that align with both client needs and company objectives.
- Monitor and report on lead generation and sales performance.
- Maintain an up-to-date and prioritized database of prospective clients.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in sales and business development.
- Strong understanding of contact centre operations and outsourcing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a focus on achieving targets.
- Ability to analyse market trends and identify new business opportunities.
- Experience building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Experience in account management and client relationship management (CRM).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to create and deliver engaging sales presentations.
