The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT project management and experience working with Agile methodologies. They will also have a proven track record of delivering high-quality results and working effectively in a team environment.
Key responsibilities will include developing and implementing the product's vision, strategy, and roadmap, as well as managing the evolution of the backlog and ensuring transparency and alignment with stakeholders.
You will also be responsible for promoting a culture of innovation and collaboration, encouraging participation in projects and initiatives that can benefit the organization as a whole.
Requirements- Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or related areas;
- More than 4 years' experience as a project manager or Product Owner;
- Experience in ServiceNow;
- Product Owner certification (PSPO I or CSPO);
- Proven experience in IT project management;
- Experience in Project Management and/or Business Analysis;
- Knowledge of Agile and waterfall methodologies;
- Storytelling and User Stories knowledge;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (user perspective);
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Proactivity and autonomy;
- Excellent communication, relationship, and stakeholder management skills;
- Proficiency in written and oral English (mandatory).
