Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Cash Collection Lead to join our team in the Shared Services Center of a multinational food retail leader, Nestlé Business Services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Cash Collection team and ensuring all activities are executed in a timely manner and according to agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Main Responsibilities:

  • Team Management: Manage the Cash Collection team, ensure timely execution of activities, and monitor KPIs.
  • Process Improvement: Drive excellence by implementing best practices, business/internal controls, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Operational Efficiency: Monitor operations, coordinate improvement initiatives, and create short-term plans for optimizing organization, function, or sub-function.
  • Team Development: Encourage, coach, and develop the team to ensure business continuity plan is defined, updated, and implemented.

Ideal Profile:

  • Leadership Skills: Ability to develop and lead a team, successful experience in delivering services through Shared Service partners.
  • Financial Knowledge: Knowledge in the financial area, including SAP solution and MS Office, particularly Excel and reporting tools.
  • Communication Skills: Good communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively address and influence internal and external customers.
