Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Customer Success Manager to join our team as a key player in driving business growth through exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in account management and customer success, with expertise in customer support and leadership.

Responsibilities
  1. Portfolio Management: Oversee a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring they maximize value from our programs through tailored success plans.
  2. ROI Achievement: Drive initiatives to ensure customers achieve at least 10x ROI, collaborating with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams.
  3. Customer Success & Retention: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, providing proactive support to enhance satisfaction and minimize churn.
