French Language Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled French Language Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in our segment of advertisers.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Becoming and remaining knowledgeable about leading social media products and community standards;
- Providing support through various channels, including online chat, emails, instant messaging, and phone calls;
- Collecting advertiser requirements and providing guidance on best practices;
- Acting as a point of contact to provide consultative support on agencies and advertisers accounts;
- Driving advertiser communications and technical issue resolution;
- Educating advertisers on product usage and troubleshooting complex cases;
- Completing required tasks within agreed turnaround times and standards of quality;
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Experience or a relevant industry certification in digital marketing, eCommerce, B2B/B2C sales, or digital ad sales;
- Comfortable working over the phone and navigating CRM systems;
- Ability to provide exceptional customer support;
- Strong understanding of social media;
