Location: Remote

We are seeking a skilled Technical Systems Specialist to provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and maintain infrastructure to ensure seamless operations across our systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day technical support for Linux and Windows environments.
  • Manage and maintain servers.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and perform server maintenance.
  • Monitor system performance and perform regular updates.
  • Ensure system security through access controls and backups.
  • Assist with network and infrastructure management.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience with Linux (CentOS, Ubuntu) and Windows Server administration.
  • Experience with AWS or Azure cloud platforms or other cloud platforms.
  • Understanding of network protocols and system monitoring tools.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage tasks independently and provide efficient technical support.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications in AWS, Azure, Linux, or Windows.
  • Experience with automation tools and scripting (e.g., Bash, PowerShell).
  • Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
