We are searching for an experienced Senior Application Support professional to join our operations team. As a Senior Application Support team member, you will be responsible for supporting the business in their IT needs, understanding business workflows and scenarios, and maintaining proper coverage in your designated shift.

Requirements
  • Basic knowledge and capabilities in scripting languages, network, Windows, and Linux environments.
  • Good level of SQL (Sybase, Oracle, or Microsoft) – minimum 2 years of experience.
  • Business knowledge: You should have a solid knowledge base in Investment Banking and trade workflow from creation to accounting.
  • ITIL understanding is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Unix.
  • Good Level of English.
  • Good relational qualities – Good communication.
  • Accuracy, reactivity & proactivity, autonomy, and curiosity.
  • Interest to learn the Business.
  • Team Spirit.
