**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Service Line Agent to join our team at Meliá Hotels International S.A. (Meliá). This role is responsible for ensuring that all guests have an exceptional stay with us.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Provide personalized service to each guest, anticipating their needs and exceeding expectations.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or hospitality.
- Excellent Portuguese and English language skills.
- Hospitality degree or equivalent experience.
- Quality and customer service oriented.
