Strategic Procurement Expert for Supply Chain Management

A challenging opportunity awaits you at Airbus Portugal SA as a Strategic Procurement Expert for Supply Chain Management.

As part of our global organization, we are looking for an experienced professional to support the Direct and Indirect central procurement functions. Your mission will be to ensure administrative activities and support to these functions in line with Service Line Agreement requirements.

The jobholder will report to the Head of Procurement Services in the Airbus GBS organization and serve as the guarantor of a compliant procurement process towards the business.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Managing various supplier information and pricing data in SAP and other Airbus Procurement tools
  • Electronic archiving of contractual documents in the Airbus tools
  • Leveraging expertise in supplier input management
  • Supporting urgent customer requirements and events
  • Ensuring accurate and efficient Data Management Group Requests processing
  • Fostering regular communication with strategic buyers & data management group at Airbus Helicopters Inc.
  • Contributing to innovation and digitalization in the procurement process through state-of-the-art processes and tools
  • Resolving discrepancies by identifying errors with current and new requests

We require up to 5 years of work experience with expertise in administration tasks and knowledge in Export Control and Sustainability laws and regulations.

You will also demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills, fluency in English (both written and verbal), and proficiency in Google suite and Airbus Procurement tools (Coupa suite, SAP, E-Proc, and Airsupply).

Salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per annum based on qualifications and experience. Benefits include:
