Strategic Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a Strategic Business Development Specialist to contribute to our project. Key responsibilities include:
- Defining high-quality technical solutions aligned with bank architectural standards and current technology constraints.
- Exploring and implementing new technologies to enhance product offerings and provide a competitive edge.
- Simplifying and rationalizing business, systems, and processes to improve straight-through processing.
- Supporting the development of a new platform while maintaining the integrity of existing production processes.
- Participating in all development stages, including high-level design, estimation, detailed design, development management, unit testing, and delivery.
- Leading topics autonomously or guiding offshore developers, providing mentorship and team development.
- Planning resource usage according to assigned timelines.
- Engaging with BA/PMs to contribute to analysis tasks and communicate with business sponsors.
- Monitoring progress, reporting updates, and escalating issues to ensure management visibility of risks and challenges.
