**Sales Administrative Officer Opportunity**

A global leader in transportation and logistics is looking for a skilled Sales Administrative Officer to join their team. As Sales Administrative Officer, you will play a crucial role in registering, updating, and controlling sales operations. Your mission will be to perform tasks in the sales administration area, ensuring that processes are followed through until the invoice has been paid. You will analyze sales activity to help forecast sales and ensure that the respect for the rules and standards of the task is maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Billing and sending customers invoices according to customer billing specifications.
  • Providing analysis to help follow up or forecast sales activity.
  • Ensuring the respect for the rules and standards of the task.
  • Identifying and indicating deviations.
  • Maintaining good operational, day-to-day customer relationships.

Requirements:

  • Technical and Professional Studies on sales/finance or accounting administrative function with a High school diploma.
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite with focus on Excel.
  • Language: English mandatory (Minimum: B1), Spanish nice to have (B1).
  • Experience proven on SAP or another billing tool.

We are seeking people who:

  • Have attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Have good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Can work under pressure while thinking objectively.
  • Enjoy problem solving and can work independently but collaboratively with others to accomplish a common goal.
