About the RoleThis leadership position involves managing a team of Managers and Aspiring Managers. As the primary support for the VP of Customer Solutions, you'll be responsible for overseeing daily operations to achieve OKRs. Your initiatives should promote efficiency and enhance the customer experience.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Manage directly a team of Managers and Aspiring Managers across all locations.
- Provide ongoing feedback to your team to help them grow and advance their career development path.
- Monitor overall KPIs and OKRs, utilizing data-driven analysis through various sources.
- Take ownership of operational efficiency by identifying areas for improvement, planning, and executing improvement plans.
- Support communication of mission, vision, and values to internal stakeholders.
- Create an environment prioritizing customer satisfaction and employee happiness and development.
- Oversee workforce management activities, including forecasting volume, resource allocation, and backlog management.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to identify staffing needs and manage hiring processes.
- Promote operational changes enhancing customer retention and conversation in different segments.
