We require a Support Engineer (German speaker) to assist clients and internal teams with technical issues and provide solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Liaise with clients and internal teams
  • Analyze and resolve technical issues
  • Utilize incident management tools (e.g. Servicenow)
  • Perform root-cause analysis and log-file handling
  • Develop data handling and analysis skills
  • Maintain data security and access management knowledge
  • Collaborate with Active Directory for user management/access management
  • Apply problem-solving and research skills
  • Utilize SQL queries and Microsoft Excel/Office
