**Job Role: Advanced Helpdesk Expert**

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced IT professional to fill the position of Advanced Helpdesk Expert. As an integral part of our team, you will provide advanced technical support to end-users, resolving complex IT issues and ensuring rapid response to incidents and service requests.

**Responsibilities**

The Advanced Helpdesk Expert will be responsible for:

  • Providing advanced technical support to end-users, resolving complex IT issues and ensuring rapid response to incidents and service requests.
  • Conducting routine maintenance of systems, including updates, patches, and backups, to ensure compliance with organizational standards.
  • Offering user support and training, providing hands-on guidance on IT tools and resources and delivering training sessions to empower employees to work more efficiently with technology.
  • Mentoring junior helpdesk technicians, promoting a culture of continuous learning and leading by example in customer service, technical expertise, and adherence to IT processes.
  • Collaborating with IT management in planning and executing technology-related projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and new deployments.

**Requirements**

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

  • At least 5 years of professional experience in IT support roles, with a minimum of 2 years in a senior-level or advanced technician capacity.
  • Deep knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), networking concepts, and enterprise-level ITSM platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS, Google Workspace) and virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, VirtualBox).
  • Experience with peripherals (printers, scanners, VoIP devices) and hardware diagnostics.
  • Working knowledge of endpoint protection tools and security compliance frameworks (GDPR, ISO 27001, PCI DSS).
  • Relevant IT certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco, ITIL Foundation).
