About the Role
As the Global Medical Device Procurement Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive procurement strategies for IVD products and services. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, including laboratory staff, clinicians, quality assurance, and regulatory affairs, to gather requirements and ensure that procured IVD products meet their needs.

Main Accountabilities
Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with company objectives and quality standards. Identify and prioritize procurement needs based on market trends, technological advancements, and clinical requirements. Identify, evaluate, and select IVD suppliers based on quality, price, reliability, and adherence to regulatory standards. Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers, ensuring favorable terms, pricing, and service levels.

Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Biomedical Science, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management). 8-10 years of experience in procurement, with a strong focus on IVD products (eg. instruments, reagents) or medical devices. Demonstrated success in negotiating contracts and managing supplier relationships in the healthcare industry.
