The Role:

We're seeking a talented Enterprise Business Development Representative to join our DACH pod in Lisbon. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for creating new qualified sales opportunities to bolster Rydoo's presence in the DACH market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through research, outreach, and relationship-building
  • Collaborate with the sales team to optimize lead generation and strategic sales approach for the DACH market
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and drive business growth

Requirements:

  • A natural communicator – you're able to articulate complex ideas and build strong relationships
  • A strategic thinker – you're able to analyze data and identify opportunities for growth
  • Fluent in German + English (minimum C1 level; other languages are a bonus)
  • 1 to 2 years of experience selling a B2B SaaS solution (previous SDR or outbound sales experience highly valued)
