About the Role

As a Customer Success Manager at Infraspeak, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customers in the UK and Ireland markets. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our customers achieve their expected outcomes and maximize their satisfaction with our Intelligent Maintenance Management Platform (IMMP).

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage your own customer portfolio, taking ownership of customer relationships and ensuring their success.
  • Partner with customers to understand their strategic requirements and implement solutions that meet their needs.
  • Identify and leverage upselling and cross-selling opportunities to drive business growth.
  • Collect feedback on the product and identify improvement opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
  • Assist in Product Management with feature design, user experience, and road mapping.
  • Occasionally support sales teams with technical demos and provide training to customers on our platform.

Requirements
  • Native English speaker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for teaching and a positive attitude toward issues and challenges.
  • Energy and enthusiasm for working with customers and driving business growth.
  • Hard work ethic and self-starter mentality with a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Availability to occasionally travel across the country and abroad.
  • Experience using CRM and Cloud software, with prior knowledge of Technical Assistance, Facility Management, or Hospitality operations preferred.
