About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Customer Success Manager at MetaCompliance Ltd. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for managing the retention of existing customers, ensuring they are maximizing the use of our software and/or consultancy services. You will develop a deep knowledge of our suite of software and work closely with customers to establish their needs and offer value-added solutions. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a dynamic and fast-growing team of professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with customers to ensure they are getting the most out of our software and services
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive retention and growth
Work closely with the Business Development and Marketing Teams to promote the MetaCompliance brand
Monitor customer contract renewal dates and update account management activity
Identify and resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner
