We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Customer Success Manager. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for managing the retention of existing MetaCompliance customers, ensuring they are maximizing the use of our software and/or consultancy services. You will develop a deep knowledge and love of the MetaCompliance suite of software, and work closely with customers to establish their needs and offer value-added solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing customer contracts and renewals
- Partnering with customers to ensure they are getting the most out of our software and services
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers
- Working closely with the Business Development and Marketing Teams to promote the MetaCompliance brand
- Monitoring customer activity and updating account management records
