Role Overview
We are seeking a self-motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Success Specialist. This role involves establishing regular communications with customers to understand their needs and shape our product roadmap. You will also be responsible for understanding how customers use our products and making recommendations on how they can realize additional value.
Key Responsibilities
Establish regular communications with customers to understand their needs and shape our product roadmap
Understand how customers use our products and make recommendations on how they can realize additional value
Develop customer advocates and lead industry user groups
Conduct and follow-up on customer satisfaction surveys
Participate in industry consortiums to define standards and industry marketing groups
Requirements
More than 2 years of professional experience with enterprise-level software
Knowledge of industrial engineering topics
Ability to take the initiative with little supervision and cope with a fast-changing environment
Excellent planning and organization skills
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain and discuss business and product concepts
Excellent English skills – spoken and written

Prior experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment
Prior experience with manufacturing software
