About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for managing your own portfolio of customers in the Portuguese market. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our customers achieve the expected outcomes.
This role involves working closely with our customers to understand their needs and requirements. You will be responsible for implementing solutions, ensuring maximum satisfaction and success of our customers, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Additionally, you will collect feedback on our product and identify areas for improvement.
As a Customer Success Manager, you will also support our sales teams with technical demos and work collaboratively with our Product Management team to design new features and improve user experience.
Requirements and Qualifications- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Prior knowledge of maintenance operations in areas such as technical assistance and facility management (not mandatory)
- Experience with maintenance and CRM software (valued)
We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 per year, which is commensurate with your experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide a range of benefits, including opportunities for growth and professional development.
