The RoleYou will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer experiences, resolving issues, and maintaining customer information. Your focus will be on listening, responding, and mediating between international guests and partners.
Responsibilities- Listening to customers' concerns and resolving them in a timely manner
- Replying to calls, emails, and messages from customers around the world in Portuguese and English
- Supporting teammates and colleagues with peer-to-peer learning and constructive feedback
- Participating in company events, team meetings, and projects
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Native Brazilian Portuguese / Portuguese with English (C1)
- A problem-solving mentality and a positive attitude towards dealing with challenging situations
- An open mind to changing priorities and adapting to new processes
- A desire to work in a fast-paced, international environment where cultural diversity is valued
- Availability to work rotating shifts, 8 hours a day, between 08:00 and 03:00
R$ 5,000 - R$ 7,500 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
