Job Description: Spanish Customer Support Representative
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Spanish Customer Support Representative to join our team in Portugal. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch customer service via phone, email, and social media channels. You will handle a variety of customer inquiries in a personalized, friendly, and informative manner.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer concerns, and resolving issues efficiently.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and correspondence.
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless customer experience.
* Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively address customer queries.
* Meet and exceed performance metrics and quality standards.
Requirements:
* Prior experience in customer service, preferably in a multicultural environment.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant tools.
* Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
* Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
