We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in Porto, Portugal. As a Customer Service Ambassador for the crypto sector, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our clients receive exceptional support and service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide top-notch customer support via various channels, including online, app, chat, and email.
  • Manage and resolve customer inquiries efficiently, while continuously improving the overall customer experience.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with customers, fostering loyalty and trust in our brand.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • An advanced level of Portuguese (written and oral) (C1)
  • Intermediate English language skills
  • Prior customer service experience, with a minimum of 6 months
  • Strong knowledge of the cryptocurrency market and its applications
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
