The Role

We're seeking a Customer Service Advisor (French Speaker) to join our well-motivated and growing team. As a key member, you'll ensure exceptional customer service through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and telephone
  • Provide product and service information
  • Be the face of Farfetch to our customers and partners
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in the fashion industry
  • Fluency in English and French (mandatory)
  • Proficiency in IT systems, including customer service-specific software and Windows packages
  • Strong written and listening skills
  • Knowledge of fashion and fashion brands
