We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Support Representative to join our team in Portugal. As a Customer Support Ambassador, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the highest level of satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and accurate responses to guest inquiries via chat, phone, and email, showcasing a deep understanding of their concerns and needs.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for guests experiencing issues related to check-in, cleaning, maintenance, and check-out, exercising ownership and creativity in finding solutions.
  • Perform routine troubleshooting for common requests, demonstrating problem-solving skills and adaptability.
  • Maintain a high standard of quality and professionalism in all interactions, upholding the values of GuestReady Group.
  • Ensure that guests depart with a positive experience, empowered by effective communication and support.
  • Stay updated on GuestReady's processes and tools, applying this knowledge to optimize guest interactions and improve outcomes.
  • Document all guest interactions accurately and thoroughly, providing valuable insights for process improvement.
  • Pursue opportunities to develop innovative solutions, anticipating guest needs and preferences.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, enabling clear and concise interactions with guests from diverse backgrounds.
  • Fluent French and English language proficiency, allowing seamless communication and empathy with guests.
  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or related fields, highlighting your ability to navigate complex situations.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills, thinking critically and creatively to resolve guest concerns.
  • Comfort with technology, leveraging it to streamline interactions and enhance the guest experience.
  • Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, accommodating the needs of our global guest community.

Compensation: The estimated annual salary for this role is approximately €28,000 - €32,000, depending on experience and performance.
