We are seeking a Customer Operations Specialist to help shape our excellence and enhance customer experiences through process improvements, documentation, and application optimization.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Investigate and resolve customer inquiries with technical expertise">
  • Evaluate product features, propose changes, and provide recommendations for improvement">
  • Create operation instructions to extend our knowledge base">
  • Act as an owner, resolve customer problems via email, chat, and video call">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • At least 1 year of technical support experience (FinTech or Web3 experience preferred)">
  • Proficient IT knowledge and skills, including mobile device platforms">
  • Effective problem-solving, decision-making, organizational, and time management skills">
  • A strong interest in blockchain technology and crypto assets">
  • Excellent written and spoken English (German is a plus)">
  • Ability to work successfully in a team environment and independently">
  • Knowledge of productivity tools like Jira, GitLab, and Zendesk">
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and Google docs (SQL is a plus)">
