We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join our team at Hilton Worldwide, Inc. as an Executive Kitchen Manager. As a key member of the culinary team, you will be responsible for contributing to menu creation and managing the kitchen brigade to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
About the Role- Menu Creation: Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop innovative menus that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Kitchen Management: Lead and train a well-organized and motivated kitchen team to ensure consistency in dish quality and efficient service delivery.
- Customer Relations: Assist the Head Chef in managing customer relations and providing exceptional service when needed.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience as a Junior Sous Chef or previous Sous Chef role in a reputable hotel or restaurant.
- Skills: Strong supervisory skills, excellent planning and organizing skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality food and exceptional customer service.
- Competitive Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
