Customer Support Role

As a Customer Support Representative for our Nordics team, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing top-notch support and resolving issues in a timely and empathetic manner.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls and customer inquiries;
  • Provide support and direction to customers, resolving service issues in a timely and empathetic manner;
  • Maintain accurate data input of consumer enquiries, questions, and feedback on our customer services database;
  • Troubleshoot using open questions, support documents, and system training;
  • Offer recommendations to common problems or frequently asked questions.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Swedish, Finnish, or Norwegian (C2 Level or Native);
  • Good knowledge of English (B2 level);
  • Typing Speed: 25 words per minute;
  • Availability to work in rotating shifts;
  • Good computer skills;
  • Any kind of previous experience or contact with clients;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Good listening and empathy skills;
  • Good time management skills;
  • Team spirit and flexibility.
