As a Hospitality Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our properties. Your key responsibilities will include:

Responsibilities

  1. Supervising cleaning tasks and resolving maintenance issues
  2. Supporting the City Manager and acting on their behalf when necessary
  3. Managing stock orders, lost and found, invoices, purchases, and laundry/amenities logistics
  4. Assisting guests with check-in, city information, and more

Requirements

  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry preferred
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
