As a Hospitality Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our properties. Your key responsibilities will include:
Responsibilities
- Supervising cleaning tasks and resolving maintenance issues
- Supporting the City Manager and acting on their behalf when necessary
- Managing stock orders, lost and found, invoices, purchases, and laundry/amenities logistics
- Assisting guests with check-in, city information, and more
Requirements
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
