  • Curating luxurious experiences and long-lasting memories for our members
  • Ensuring an unparalleled level of client satisfaction through proactive support and expert knowledge
  • Assisting with day-to-day needs, including travel, dining, events, education, real estate, wine, art, personal shopping, health, and entertainment
  • Promoting up-selling opportunities and embodying our company values as a full-time ambassador
  • Managing database CRM systems and updating information
  • Providing content management and search assistance
  • Navigating complex situations and ensuring guest satisfaction
Skills and Qualifications

We require individuals with a passion for delivering excellent customer service, demonstrated by:

  • A clear understanding of privacy and discretion
  • The ability to build trustable relationships with clients
  • Backgrounds in hospitality, customer service, personal assistance, luxury travel, and leisure (desired)
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English; French is an asset

Compensation and Benefits

Our estimated annual salary for this position is €40,000 - €60,000, depending on qualifications and experience. Additionally, we offer competitive benefits packages, including comprehensive training, professional development opportunities, and a dynamic work environment.
