Key Responsibilities:- Deliver prompt and personalized responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and tone across all interaction channels.

Requirements:
- Native level German language proficiency (C1-C2 level).
- Fluent English language skills (at least B2 level).
