Job Title: Sales Associate B2B

Job Summary:

Zumub is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Associate B2B to join our team. As a Sales Associate B2B, you will be responsible for generating leads, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and build a lasting relationship with our customers
  • Commercial portfolio management, building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients
  • Acquisition of new business clients by actively seeking opportunities to expand the customer base
  • Identify market trends and customer needs to recommend product enhancements or new offerings
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in management/marketing/international business or similar (preferred)
  • Fluency in English
  • Excellent verbal and written skills, persuasive and engaging
  • Resilience, patience, active listening, and good observation
  • Proven experience in a similar sales role, preferably in the sports nutrition industry
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Strong sales and negotiation abilities
  • Proactive and problem-solving mindset
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation
  • Proficiency in CRM and Microsoft Office tools
