Are you looking for a new challenge in a dynamic and multicultural environment? Blu Selection is seeking a motivated B2B Sales Representative to join their international team. As a German speaker, you will work with small and medium-sized companies to help them grow their businesses via email, phone, and chat support.

Key Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Advising and consulting small and medium-sized companies to grow their businesses
  • Acquiring new advertisers within medium and small-sized companies
  • Supporting and extending self-services for clients
  • Providing pre- and after-sales support for all self-services
  • Identifying trends and giving feedback to engineering
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A native level of German and excellent English skills
  • Previous experience in B2B Sales
  • Dynamism and a self-starter attitude
  • Proactivity and motivation by targets
  • Ability to adapt and communicate with high-level executives
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and oral
  • Strong organization and prioritization skills
  • A do not give up attitude
  • Strong team spirit and willingness to support co-workers
  • Open-mindedness and willingness to work in a multicultural team and international environment
