B2B Sales Representative

Are you looking for a new challenge in a dynamic and multicultural environment? Blu Selection is seeking a motivated B2B Sales Representative to join their international team. As a German speaker, you will work with small and medium-sized companies to help them grow their businesses via email, phone, and chat support.
Key ResponsibilitiesYour main responsibilities will be:
- Advising and consulting small and medium-sized companies to grow their businesses
- Acquiring new advertisers within medium and small-sized companies
- Supporting and extending self-services for clients
- Providing pre- and after-sales support for all self-services
- Identifying trends and giving feedback to engineering
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A native level of German and excellent English skills
- Previous experience in B2B Sales
- Dynamism and a self-starter attitude
- Proactivity and motivation by targets
- Ability to adapt and communicate with high-level executives
- Excellent communication skills - both written and oral
- Strong organization and prioritization skills
- A do not give up attitude
- Strong team spirit and willingness to support co-workers
- Open-mindedness and willingness to work in a multicultural team and international environment
