Strategic Demand Generation Specialist

As a strategic Demand Generation Lead, you'll play a critical role in driving revenue growth by generating a consistent flow of qualified leads. You'll collaborate closely with our SEO & SEM, Editorial, RevOps, and Sales teams to design, implement, and manage campaigns that deliver high-quality leads for our Marketing and Sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute multi-channel campaign strategies (PPC, display, social media, etc.) in coordination with Marketing and RevOps teams.
- Incorporate third-party lead generation partners and Kinsta's digital and physical assets into the overall lead generation strategy.
- Develop strategies to improve lead generation performance and manage the implementation of lead capture triggers and materials.
- Continuously measure and report on the performance of lead generation strategies and acquisition channels, providing regular updates on campaign performance, ROI, and pipeline impact.
- Work closely with Sales and RevOps to gain a deep understanding of target lead profiles and adjust lead generation strategies to focus on these profiles while ensuring alignment on lead quality and follow-up processes.
- Deliver quality leads to our Sales team for further development and conversion.
- Collaborate with the Editorial team to develop social media strategies focused on increasing brand awareness and engagement.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Demand Generation role.
- Extensive experience in generating leads from paid channels (PPC, display ads, and paid social media), orchestrating campaigns for lead gen, and managing large budgets effectively.
- Proven track record of delivering successful demand generation campaigns that had a measurable impact on lead volume and business growth.
- Experienced in go-to-market strategic planning and execution through multi-channel distribution.
- Near-native proficiency in English.
