Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our front desk team as a Customer Experience Agent. In this role, you will be responsible for processing all guest check-ins, resolving any late and disputed charges, and coordinating with Housekeeping to track readiness of rooms for check-in.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:
