About the Role:
Sap Se is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the deployment and operational excellence of meeting room technologies across a network of 6,000 global meeting spaces. This role is pivotal in maintaining and advancing meeting room technologies, ensuring a consistent and high-quality experience for Sap Se employees, customers, partners, and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive project deployment plans and monitor progress to ensure timely and successful implementation.
  • Generate detailed reports using Power BI or Sap Analytics Cloud (SAC) to provide management with real-time insights into project statuses.
  • Manage the deployment and operational excellence of AV equipment, ensuring a consistent and high-quality experience in all meeting rooms.
  • Collaborate with international teams to align technology standards and practices, fostering a unified approach to global communication.
  • Ensure that Sap Se employees, customers, partners, and guests can effectively utilize meeting room technologies in Sap Se offices globally.
  • Develop and document standardized processes for meeting room technology management, troubleshooting, and support.
  • Generate and maintain reports related to meeting room technology performance, usage, and trends. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
  • Create clear and user-friendly guides for meeting room technology usage, troubleshooting, and best practices. Ensure that end users have access to comprehensive documentation to enhance their experience.
  • Participate in the assessment, testing, and implementation of innovative meeting room technologies on a global scale.

Qualifications:
  • Education: High school diploma or bachelor's degree (preferred).
  • Experience: Project Management Experience.
  • Understanding of IT asset management systems, showcasing a robust skill set with relevant tools and processes.
  • Demonstrated experience in a global team setting.
