IT Project Manager, Meeting Room Technology Specialist

Job Summary
As a key member of our global IT organization, the Office Technology Team (OTX), you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and advancing our meeting room technologies across a vast network of 6,000 global meeting spaces. We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager for Meeting Room Technology to join our team and contribute to our mission of ensuring rock-solid operations for the services in scope across the globe.

Key Responsibilities
Develop comprehensive project deployment plans and monitor progress to ensure timely and successful implementation of meeting room technologies. Generate detailed reports using Power BI or SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) to provide management with real-time insights into project statuses. Collaborate with international teams to align technology standards and practices, fostering a unified approach to global communication. Ensure that SAP Employees, customers, partners, and guests can effectively utilize meeting room technologies in SAP Offices Globally.

Requirements
Education: High school diploma or bachelor's degree (preferred). Experience: Project Management Experience. Understanding of IT asset management systems. Demonstrated experience in a global team setting. Skills: Technical expertise in audiovisual equipment. Certification in audiovisual technology (desirable). Certification in project management (desirable). Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. Clear communication and interpersonal aptitude. Proficiency in Windows, MacOS, iOS, Android, SharePoint, Office 365, Power BI, Teams, and Power Platforms. General IT knowledge with strong troubleshooting skills. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies. Ability to work independently and collaborate globally.
