Job Description

We are seeking qualified, part-time internationally licensed psychotherapists to join our provider network. As a member of our team, you will provide counseling services to clients with varying needs, from short-term goal-focused EAP to employer health plans allowing multiple sessions as medically necessary.

You will treat adults who have completed online screenings identifying their symptoms and areas of concern. We prefer therapists who are open to treating additional populations such as children, adolescents, couples, or families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide culturally competent and empathetic care to clients.
  • Maintain a calendar displaying your availability and complete session documentation in a timely manner within our scheduling system.
  • Collaborate with our dedicated provider support team, clinical care navigation team, and administrative care support team.
  • Use evidence-based treatment modalities and interventions tailored to client needs.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A minimum of 3 years of independent, post-training experience as a licensed psychotherapist.
  • Proper qualifications (licensed, if applicable) to practice counseling in Portugal.
  • Access to a computer or laptop and comfort with technology.
  • Tele-health competence and availability to offer some amount of monthly in-person sessions for Spring Health members in Lisbon.
  • Training and experience in evidence-based modalities of care such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT, and CPT.
  • Ability to work independently with the support of a team and opportunities for connections and collaboration with other providers.
