Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Sr. Associate Continuous Improvement to join our team. This role will focus on leading business process improvement projects, working with general direction and objectives to partner with capability leads and teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process improvement, project management, or a related field.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead low to medium complexity process improvement projects to standardize, simplify, and automate business processes.
- Determine future process improvement opportunities and present options to leadership for review.
- Develop visual performance measurements and assist with operational design.
- Create and manage informative, actionable, and repeatable reporting that highlights relevant business trends and opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, data analytics, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in process improvement, project management, or a similar role.
- Basic knowledge of business process mapping and performance measurement.
