Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Service Management Strategies: Work with senior stakeholders to develop and implement effective service management strategies that align with business objectives.
- Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of excellence and encouraging collaboration and knowledge-sharing.
- Monitor and Improve Service Quality: Monitor and improve service quality by tracking metrics and making data-driven decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Telecommunications, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in IT and/or telecommunications service management.
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
