About the Role

As a Country Manager, you will be responsible for leading the sales team in Portugal, developing and executing the sales strategy, and building strong relationships with clients and partners. You will work closely with the regional directors and chief commercial officer to achieve business objectives and drive growth.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Sales Strategy Development: Identify new business opportunities, grow the existing customer base and develop new products and services.
  2. Client Relationship Building: Develop close relationships with client CEOs, management teams, decision-makers and other influencers.
  3. Team Management: Hire, develop and manage the local team to ensure the delivery of business objectives.
