We are seeking a highly skilled Groups Reservations Agent to join our team at a prestigious Hotel in Lisbon. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing group bookings, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process group reservations efficiently and accurately;
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of room types, meeting spaces, and their locations;
  • Sell packaged plans and adjust room rates according to hotel selling tactics;
  • Apply chain policies on terms and conditions and code each reservation correctly;
  • Manage cancellations and modifications promptly;
  • Ensure all tasks are completed accurately and within given time frames;
  • Foster a positive selling approach to maximize yield;
  • Interact with guests, travel agents, and referral networks professionally and efficiently;

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in group officers or managing groups and events reservations;
  • Advanced language skills in Portuguese, English, French, German, Italian, and Spanish;
  • Total and immediate availability;
