Job Description

We're looking for a skilled professional to manage our sales department, negotiate and identify customer needs, present our services, and conclude deals. The ideal candidate will be able to stimulate the team to develop the client base, monitor call targets and sales plans, and participate in company work processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need experience in B2B sales, particularly in the gambling industry. You should also have experience in team management, be able to set priorities independently, and demonstrate stress resistance in multitasking mode. Additionally, you'll need to be available for travel around Europe and possess your own equipment for remote work. High ambitions, a focus on results, and a willingness to adapt to new situations are essential.

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary plus bonuses, as well as a 28-day paid vacation and sick leave. We offer a remote work format, allowing you to balance your personal and professional life effectively. Our work schedule runs from 10:00 to 19:00, providing a stable and predictable environment.
