About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Sales Executive to join our team at TN Portugal. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional to play a key role in driving business growth and developing strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Maintain and develop strong relationships with key decision-makers, including clinical customers and Key Opinion Leaders.
  • Proactively identify new opportunities to sell existing and growing portfolios, and maintain existing business through regular communication with customers.
  • Contribute to company business development by reporting market data, identifying opportunities for new products, and providing market information.
  • Ensure compliance with Werfen Code of Ethics and act with professionalism and deontology.
  • Manage relationships between the company and KDMs and KOLs, and establish and maintain relationships with customer management structures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, preferably Engineering in Biomedical or similar.
  • 3 years of experience in a clinical or sales healthcare environment, selling or supporting products in the healthcare industry.
  • Demonstrated experience and a track record of success in support of medical devices products will be a plus.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English is a must; Spanish is a plus.
  • Solid computer skills, including MS Office tools.
