This is an exciting opportunity to work with one of the top BPO companies in Lisbon, supporting their activities by offering high-quality service to their customers while working with prestigious worldwide brands.
Your mission as a customer support agent is to provide outstanding support to clients who use our client's paid products, answering their queries via phone, email, or chat, identifying issues, troubleshooting them to find solutions, documenting each action taken, and categorizing cases and possible bugs so that our client's engineering team can address them.
- You will be required to escalate complex problems according to defined procedures.
- A strong attention to detail and a desire to deliver accurately, efficiently, and to a high standard are essential.
- At least 12 months of direct customer service experience in a contact center environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in German and English.
- Proactive attitude and strong team spirit.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
