Customer Service Specialist for Vivino

We are seeking a highly skilled and multilingual Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Vivino. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their wine purchasing experience is seamless and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve customer queries and issues related to purchasing and delivery tracking
  • Offer personalized solutions to customers to enhance their wine discovery and purchase experience
  • Meet and exceed service quality goals, compliance regulations, and productivity targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer support
Requirements:
  • Native or proficient level of Italian (C2)
  • Advanced level of English (at least C1) both verbal and written
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Desire to learn and advance in a dynamic and multicultural environment
