We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Braga. This role provides an opportunity to assist Dutch-speaking customers with website technical solutions.
About the Role:This is a full-time position that requires strong technical aptitude and excellent communication skills. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat.
Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting, guiding customers through technical challenges, and offering help with website setup, configuration, and performance problems.
You will also be responsible for recording all customer interactions and issues in the CRM system for proper documentation and follow-up.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical support to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot and offer solutions for website-related technical issues
- Assist customers in navigating and using website tools to solve issues effectively
- Record all customer interactions and issues in the CRM system
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally
- Escalate more complex technical issues to appropriate teams or higher support levels
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the customer experience
- Fluent in Dutch (C2 level required)
- Intermediate proficiency in English (B2 level or higher preferred)
- Prior experience in customer service or technical support is a plus, but not necessary
- Strong technical aptitude and eagerness to learn about website solutions and technical issues
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with a customer-centric approach
- Ability to work independently and maintain high service standards while working remotely
