Job Title: Social Intelligence Expert

As a Social Intelligence Expert at Nestlé Sa, you will be working closely with the Global Social Intelligence team to deliver high-quality social intelligence reports, dashboards, and presentations. Your key responsibilities will include collaborating with the team and stakeholders to ensure a clear interpretation of requests and mapping business needs to provide tailored social intelligence support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Global Social Intelligence team to drive social intelligence process consistency and support analysts in delivering high-quality reports, dashboards, and presentations.
  • Act as a liaison between teams and stakeholders to ensure clear request interpretation and business need mapping.
  • Curate and oversee the process of data collection, cleaning, processing, and visualization performed by social listening teams.
  • Review reports generated by social listening teams, checking for accuracy, relevance, and completeness, and provide feedback to the teams.
  • Curate the integration and analysis of data from various sources, including social listening, consumer engagement, search, website analytics, and lead the data synthesis and interpretation to provide relevant insights and recommendations.
Requirements:
  • University Degree in market research, statistics, marketing, business, or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of experience working in Social Intelligence, Consumer Insights, or research agency.
  • Experience working with qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
  • Proficiency in social listening and analytics tools, ideally Talkwalker, Synthesio, Sprinklr, or similar.
  • Experience working with SEO tools like SEMrush, Similar Web is a plus.
  • Proficiency in advanced Boolean logic operators and search syntax.
  • Experience working with integrated data sets and cross-platform data analysis to identify patterns, correlations, and trends across multiple data sources.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with an ability to develop and present data-driven analysis to non-technical audiences.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Fluent spoken and written knowledge of English.
