Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Controller - Financial Planning and Analysis to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the financial planning and analysis function, providing expert advice to senior management, and ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing financial planning and analysis strategies;
  • Providing financial analysis and advice to senior management;
  • Leading and managing cross-functional teams to deliver financial planning and analysis projects;
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting;
  • Staying up-to-date with changes in financial regulations and policies.

Requirements

  • NATO Secret security clearance;
  • Experience with budget and financial management;
  • Elementary financial reporting;
  • Previous experience in a NATO organization in financial management, in a similar capacity;
  • University degree in Business Administration and Finance, or higher secondary education with additional 7 years' experience at a managerial level in the field of Financial management;
  • Experience working with ERP applications;
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies, with experience using JIRA or similar Kanban tools;
  • Proficiency in tools such as Power BI and Excel for analysis and reporting.
